when i go to install win server 2003 r2 on IBM server, then it gives error \$oem$\symmpi.sys file is missing.

Error coad 18. This massage is give after coping all file on hard disk. At the time of starting of installation.
how can i solve this problem.
Some IBM server models required you to run serverguide setup before os installation, what server model are you trying to install on?
