Among the laptops above, can you pls suggest me which laptop is better for archi student?
I might need to run some software eg, adobe photoshop, illiustrator, bentley microstation, cad, autodesk, sketchup….etc…
Im in my third year as an archi student and i got a HP. I love it!!! hmm i had the same question you had when I got my first laptop. If I were you I would only consider the toshibas, HPs, and the Macs. Lots of people in studio had problems with the hardware in the toshibas thou. As far as the apples… every apples user loves their computer. but the down fall is you cant do everything ( like certain programs) on apples . they do have a program that runs on apple that will run certain PC programs but it slows down the comp alot. the programs i know cant run on apples are rhino, CAD, and formZ. Also another thing about apples is if you dont have the money to buy all your programs and you are going to get them illegally it is really hard to get them on a Mac. But if i were you i would go with and HP or an Apple but their are dowfalls to the apple but they are amazing.
