I have a short sale offer pending on a house scheduled for foreclosure in three weeks.?
The house has two mortages on it as well. At this point, the primary bank has accepted the offer and we are waiting to hear from the bank holding the second. The second has completed the BPO as well.
How much longer can expect to wait and hear something? Also, what happens if we get to the foreclosure date and haven’t heard anything?
I doubt that this will be done before the foreclosure. Have your agent try to get an extension from the foreclosing bank.
