My CD/DVD-Rom on my Dell Laptop doesn’t work?
I inserted a disc that I want to install and it sounds like it runs but then nothing pops up and under “my computer” there is no CD icon. Only the C drive.
In addition, all my USB ports don’t work either, whenever I plug something in, it doesn’t recognize it. It doesn’t say that but I mean when I plug my MP3 player in, it says that its connected and may be charging but nothing pops up and there is not another icon for it in “my computer”
It’s a Dell Latitude x300
I’d start with downloading the drivers, but I’m not certain that will help.
