What is in RAM memory and how can I remove things that are slowing me down?

I know I can upgrade my RAM memory, but what is in my RAM memory. It is almost full and says I need more. Can I delete things I don’t use or need? Some examples please

i dont think its RAM getting full.
RAM is a memory, whihc empties when power is switched off.

check this for optimialperofrmance:

1. make sure you have 25% free space in your C drive
2. Make sure you have configured around 1.5 times of your RAM as virtual memory in the drive where you have enough free space (just google how to configure virtual memory)

3. download CC-cleaner , its a free software, and install it, use it for cleaning the temp files

hopefully, now your PC should be faster
